2-3 garlic cloves chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ cup of mushrooms sliced
1 cup of chopped spinach
2 tbs of avocado oil
Start by using non toxic cook ware, saute herbs and veggies with avocado oil once mildly sauteed add in a can of coconut milk bring to boil then bring down once the heat of the sauce once it is well blended you can add in your choice of entry .
